last day!

yay :) last day of work.
i'm not that sad cause i know it won't be the end of the PDSB for me....although i will not be returning next year. i told myself i will not give in and take any jobs anymore. i deserve a break from designing outside of school.

i have a lady working behind me. it's a little awkward bcz she won't get out of her seat. she hasn't even eaten lunch yet. i wonder if shes hungry..i can give her a bit of my food :) maybe not.

i'm anticipating a relaxing weekend. i'm having pizza night with the family tonight. havent had pizza in a while...

yayyy! elvis is coming back today!! for one hour :/ i cant wait to see pictures.


so..remember how i had the original idea or ordering business cards in indonesia? well, i've changed my mind. i want something more interesting than a folding business card as if that's not interesting enough. i'm going for either a "green" business card or a frosty plastic one. i think a business card can portray a lot about you as a designer. it's like..the first impression but not exactly considering you must meet the person to give them a card...unless you mail it or something.i'm just shopping around looking for good deals. they're quite pricey. i'm looking at around $300+ for about 150-200 cards. that is REALLY expensive. by the time i establish myself in the industry, maybe i'll be giving away a free computer with my contacts engraved on it or something.. who knows!


back to the research. i'm not designing ANYTHING for the rest of the day. it's kind of like a scavenger hunt trying to look for all my printed publications here at the board. no one seems to know where they are anymore...... it makes me a little worried.
